Regulatory & registration
Every product we distribute in Kenya is registered with the Pharmacy & Poisons Board (PPB).
Quality-led sourcing
Manufacturer and supplier selection is grounded in GMP status, regulatory standing in the country of origin, and the clinical evidence behind each molecule. For plasma-derived products, we require documented chain of custody from donor through to delivery.
Cold chain & logistics
Biologics, plasma-derived products and selected oncology agents require temperature-controlled handling end-to-end. We coordinate cold-chain logistics, transit-temperature monitoring and conditioned warehousing — verified at hospital goods-in.
Hospital & tender supply
We supply directly to private and public hospital pharmacies, oncology day-care units, dialysis providers, and bid into county and national pharmaceutical tenders. Lead times, batch documentation and post-supply traceability are tailored to each channel.
Scientific office & medical information
Our scientific office handles medical-information enquiries from prescribers — protocol fit, mechanism of action, contraindications, switches and product availability. Prescribing information (SmPC and Patient Information Leaflet) is supplied on request.
Pharmacovigilance
We maintain a documented pharmacovigilance route for healthcare professionals, patients and caregivers to report suspected adverse drug reactions and product quality complaints. Reports are triaged and, where required, forwarded to PPB Kenya. — Report an event →
Partnerships
